MONTH-OF WEDDING PLANNING

You've planned your whole wedding from start to finish but need support wrapping up logistics, building a timeline and coordinating vendors, setup and breakdown day-of.

At booking: Access to my recommended vendor list

4 weeks out: 1.5-hour Zoom planning meeting

  • Go over all logistical details of the day

  • Build a tentative timeline

2 weeks out: 1-hour Zoom planning meeting

  • Follow up on TBD items

  • Ceremony plan

Week before: I follow up with your vendors to provide timelines, diagrams & parking info & make sure everyone's on the same page

Day before: I lead a ceremony rehearsal with all ceremony participants (ideally at your venue)

Day-of:

  • I support with setting up décor (signage, favors, guest book, card box etc.)

  • I manage vendors

  • I make sure the day follows the timeline as planned

  • I support with breaking down & packing up your décor when the wedding ends

INVESTMENT: $1,750

PARTIAL WEDDING PLANNING

 

You've booked your venue and and feel comfortable booking vendors and choosing decor on your own but you want support with staying on top of planning deadlines and the ability to discuss logistical questions as they arise in the final six months of wedding planning.

 

Everything from the Month-of Planning Package plus:

  • Complimentary digital downloads of planning products from my Etsy shop

  • Planning support starting 6 months out from the wedding:

    • You are responsible for building the aesthetic vision but I can support with recommendations

    • You are responsible for choosing & booking your venue & vendors but I can support with recommendations

    • Correspondence via email, phone & bi-monthly Zoom planning meetings as needed (based on client's communication preference, schedule & project management needs)

    • Access to project tracking in Asana

  • Complimentary venue site visit

INVESTMENT: $3,500

FULL-SERVICE WEDDING PLANNING

 

You're totally overwhelmed by wedding planning; there's so much to decide and you don't know where to begin! You need help building an aesthetic vision and want lots of support with choosing your venue, booking vendors, designing invitations and signage, building a wedding website, setting up registries and hotel room blocks.

 

Everything from the Partial Planning Package plus:

  • Planning support starting at booking:

    • I help you build your aesthetic vision

    • I help you book your venue(s)

    • I help you book your vendors

    • I help you choose & source décor, favors etc.

    • I help you choose/design/order stationery, signage & your wedding website

    • I help you set up wedding gift registries & hotel room blocks​

  • Complimentary assistant coordinator on wedding day (vendor meal required)​

ASSISTANT WEDDING COORDINATOR (REQUIRED FOR WEDDINGS WITH GUEST COUNTS ABOVE 100) - $350

ADDITIONAL ZOOM PLANNING MEETINGS - $75 PER HOUR

VENUE SITE VISIT - PRICING BASED ON DISTANCE FROM SACRAMENTO

Additional fees may apply for travel to venues more than 50 miles outside of Sacramento

Additional fees may apply for weddings taking place on major holidays
